Capital Campaign
A $2 Million Capital Campaign has been launched. All funds raised are committed to the physical improvements of the Building which will extend and maximize the economic life of the hotel by a minimum of 30 years.
Proposed Improvements that need your help:
- New roof
- Replacement of all windows
- Upgrading or replacement of electrical systems
- $4,000 per room upgrade
